Fremantle Harbour attracts first Asian restaurant

buffetAusBNAusBN - Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour will welcome Han’s Cafe to its growing ranks of diversified restaurants along the tourist hotspot area.

The Asian cuisine-based restaurant will be the first of its kind to take residence on the harbour after signing a 10-year lease on a 240 square metres plot of land.

Han’s Cafe will join several other eateries along the harbour including Bathers Beach House, Char Char Bull, Kailis Fish Market Cafe, Cicerellos, Little Creatures, Baskin-Robbins and Joe’s Fish Shack.

CBRE’s Adrian Morabito, who negotiated the deal, pointed towards the significance of the Asian restaurant’s arrival at Fremantle Harbour, alluding to an increased confidence in the port city’s dining scene.

“With a pipeline of projects in excess of AUS$1.4 billion, Fremantle is witnessing increased consumer and business confidence, which is further supported by a stronger focus on residential and commercial development,” said Morabito.

Fremantle is the premier tourist destination in Perth, according to Morabito.
